BIB and Pouch vacuum bags are ideally suited to a wide range of dairy products. High-quality products that retain their original properties as they have not been UHT sterilised. Being microbiologically sensitive, they are sold in the cold chain, and are therefore found in the refrigerated sections of our favourite shops. A wide range of dairy products is available: fresh milk, milkshakes, condensed milk, cream, mascarpone, yoghurt, yoghurt drinks, ice cream, cheese spread, etc.
From design to commissioning and assistance in the operational phase, effective collaboration between the PADANIA and TECHNIBAG teams was key at every stage of the project.
Attilio GRANDI, maintenance manager, is completely satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the service provided by TECHNIBAG. The collaboration is ongoing in an approach of continuous improvement, taking into account user feedback and the development of the business. For example, TECHNIBAG has further developed the stopper grip system so it is compatible with new types of packaging selected by PADANIA.

PADANIA ALIMENTATI
PADANIA, Italy’s 2nd largest producer of fresh milk and dairy products, chose TECHNIBAG to equip its industrial site with an automated filling and packaging process for 10-litre and 20-litre vacuum bags. The process installed comprises a fully automated FLEXI-LINE and an end-of-line palletisation robot. It meets particularly demanding specifications in terms of hygiene, safety and productivity (operating 2 x 8 hours, 6 days per week).
