Specific features
– A full bag push ram is positioned at the machine infeed. To guarantee bag integrity when the top flaps of the box are glued and closed.
– The boxes are squared by an adjustable system for halting and holding the box before closing.
– Format change times are optimised. Each recipe stores the specific settings for each box: length and number of lines of glue, height and width settings for belts and feed guides, time delays for the box feed selector, squaring, etc.
– The choice of glue generator (make and model) is left to the customer. The chosen generator will then be integrated into the sealing machine at installation and set-up at the factory in accordance with project specifications. |
