Fully automated, efficient and scalable, the B’BOOSTER TOP 780 filler is ideal for large-scale production of BIB bags from 1.5 to 20 litres.

The result of an ambitious R&D programme developed by our teams, the B’BOOSTER TOP 780 is an automatic filling machine designed to meet the productivity and reliability needs of our key account customers in their markets.
Fully equipped as standard and with a wide choice of options to suit your sector of activity, the B’BOOSTER TOP 780 can fill up to 780 3L BIB bags per hour, highly precisely and with optimum filling quality.
Equipment complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. Conformity verified and validated by an independent body.
Operation and degree of automation
Complete fully automated filling cycle:
• empty bag feed
• tap removal
• insertion of filling head in neck
• vacuum created in bag
• filling and counting to programmed volume
• nitrogen injection and/or flushing (if programmed)
• filling head removal
• refitting and insertion of tap
• ejection, separation and positioning of the full bag in hold position
• final removal for automatic packing when box present
• launch of next cycle
