Our HOTLINE team is there for you 5 days a week, with the right skills and constantly updated information, and is organised to respond immediately to your urgent requests, whatever they may be.
On receipt of your access authorisation, our automation engineers connect to your equipment in just a few minutes via a VPN router, which instantly displays your equipment’s PLC programme.
Thanks to the information transmitted, they can then quickly help resolve any problems encountered, as if they were in front of your machine, but without having to travel there.
TECHNIBAG also holds a large stock of original parts to respond to your requests for assistance or spare parts without delay.
Our Customer Service Department can also provide technical assistance on your premises, by our factory technicians and the network of distributors and trained Technical Subcontractors on 5 continents.
Our training modules are tailored to the technical profiles of your employees: operators, production line workers, maintenance technicians, etc.
To ensure that your production equipment operates at optimum efficiency over the long term, our technical support team offers you a range of support options:
• Continuous or bespoke training programmes: to ensure that your maintenance and production teams always have the technical skills they need to do their jobs. Whether training new staff and/or sharing technical information following equipment upgrades.
• Equipment audits: on request, a visit from a Technibag expert to assess the value of your equipment and any maintenance or upgrades needed. In order to define the resources to be deployed and the developments to be planned to meet your expectations in terms of production speed optimisation, automation, process improvements and so on…
