Filling machine for separate BIB, POUCH and CHEERTAINER vacuum bags in a range of formats
Efficient and scalable, the SYMPATY TOP 320 filling machine is ideal for small and medium production runs of 1.5 to 20-litre BIB, 1.5 to 5-litre Pouch and 3 to 20-litre Cheertainer bags.
Designed to adapt easily to the requirements of your markets, fully equipped as standard and with a wide choice of options geared to your sector of activity, the SYMPATY TOP 320 can fill up to 320 3L BIB bags per hour*, at high temperature, in a cold chain or at ambient temperature.

OPERATION AND DEGREE OF AUTOMATION
Complete filling cycle with manual and automated stages::
• Manual operations:
insertion of empty bag then, using the ergonomic lever arm: removal of tap, insertion of filling head into neck
• Automated operations:
automatic start of filling cycle once the filling head is inserted into the neck, vacuum created in bag, filling and counting to programmed volume, nitrogen injection (if programmed) at the end of cycle, automatic ejection of full bag after locking the tap
• Final manual operations:
using the ergonomic lever arm, repositioning of filling head, refitting and insertion of tap, after automatic ejection, manual removal of the full bag
