Fully automated, efficient and featuring unique technical innovations, the B’BOOSTER TOP 900 filling machine is ideal for large-scale production of 1.5 to 20 litre BIB, 1.5 to 5 litre Pouch and 3 to 20 litre Cheertainer® bags.

Fully equipped as standard and with a wide choice of options to suit your sector of activity, the B’BOOSTER TOP 900 can fill up to 900 3L BIB bags per hour, highly precisely and with optimum filling quality.
Equipment complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE. Conformity verified and validated by an independent body.
Operation and degree of automation
Complete filling cycle fully automated:
• empty bag feed
• tap removal
• filling head insertion in neck
• vacuum created in bag
• filling and counting up to the programmed volume
• nitrogen injection and/or flushing (if programmed)
• filling head repositioning
• refitting and insertion of tap
• ejection, separation and positioning of the full bag in hold position
• final discharge for automatic packing when box present and launch of next cycle
